Mix minced chicken with ginger-garlic paste. If you don’t have minced chicken, then grind boneless chicken, ginger, and garlic cloves till it is smooth and minced like a paste. Add cornflour, pepper, green coriander, red chilli powder, coriander powder and cumin powder to the mixture and combine well. Keep this aside.

Create a thin batter using flour and water. Make a lollipop from the mixture, place an ice cream stick in the centre, dip the chicken lollipop in the batter and deep fry it till it is crispy and golden brown. You can freeze the coated raw lollipops and fry them later whenever you want.
